For Career Centers

A mirror for your students, before they apply.

Most students have never seen their resume the way the person screening it does. That one shift is what moves callbacks. ProveFit gives it to them.

Your students are not short on ability. They are short on a mirror. A corporate posting draws hundreds of applicants, and the average resume is missing about half of what the role asks for. The student has no way to see that gap. They just hear silence.

ProveFit reads a student’s resume against a real posting and shows them, in plain language, how a recruiter would read it, then exactly how to strengthen it. We never invent experience and we never teach keyword tricks. The whole point is to help them prove what is true.

Talk To Us About a Pilot

We are piloting now

Our first pilot is with the University of South Florida career center. We are opening a small number of additional pilots for the coming term.

  • Free for your students during the pilot.
  • A cohort code, so there is nothing to bill and no per-student setup.
  • Runs on your existing career-readiness relationships.
The Pilot

Simple to run, easy to measure.

What your office gets

  • A free tool for your students, with no setup burden on your team.
  • An outcomes summary at the end: how students used it, and how the cohort’s readiness improved over the term.
  • First look at making ProveFit a standing resource if the pilot lands.

What we ask of you

  • Access to a defined cohort, like a career-readiness class or a graduating major.
  • A light endorsement so students know it is worth their time.
  • Fifteen minutes of feedback at the midpoint and the end.
Student Data

We take this seriously, and we put it in writing.

A resume is sensitive, and student data raises expectations we plan to meet, not work around.

  • A resume is used only to generate that student’s own report, then discarded.
  • Retention is zero. We never store a student’s resume or report, not the file, not the text.
  • We never sell or share student data with anyone.
  • Because nothing is stored, there is no resume to delete. A student can delete their account and everything tied to it at any time, no questions asked.
  • We are glad to review these terms with your office or your privacy staff before we begin.

Let’s get your students a mirror.

Fifteen minutes to walk your team through it and agree on a cohort. We can send a demo link so you can run your own resume through it first.
